सुप्रीम कोर्ट में कल फिर दिल्ली के सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल की गिरफ्तारी को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका पर सुनवाई हुई. इस दौरान SC ने आम चुनाव से ठीक पहले अरविंद केजरीवाल की गिरफ्तारी की टाइमिंग समेत कुछ सवालों पर ईडी से जवाब मांगा है. सर्वोच्च अदालत में सुनवाई के दौरान जस्टिस खन्ना ने कहा कि स्वतंत्रता बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है, आप इससे इनकार नहीं कर सकते. फिर अंत में जस्टिस खन्ना ने गिरफ्तारी की टाइमिंग के संबंध में पूछा. दरअसल केजरीवाल की ओर से कहा गया कि उनकी गिरफ्तारी का समय आम चुनाव से ठीक पहले है.
Yesterday again a hearing was held in the Supreme Court on the petition challenging the arrest of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. During this, SC has sought answers from ED on some questions including the timing of Arvind Kejriwal's arrest just before the general elections. During the hearing in the Supreme Court, Justice Khanna said that freedom is very important, you cannot deny it. Then finally Justice Khanna asked regarding the timing of the arrest. Actually, it was said from Kejriwal's side that the time of his arrest is just before the general elections.
