Paradise Biryani recipe kuda break cheyandi brother
I tried it today same exact Mehfil Irani biryani taste . Thanks a lot
Mehfil biryani
1 kg chicken - 1 kg rice
Garam masala
Cardamom - 8
Cloves - 4
Cinnamon - 2
Shajeera - 1 tbsp
Marination process
1 kg chicken
Pieces size - 70-80 grams
Cloves - 4
Red chilli - 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1.5 tbsp
Half cup - kothimira
Now add - garam masala
Mix well
Now make a masala paste
Take pressure cooker
1. Kothimira 1 bunch - clean that and add in cooker.
2. Green chillies - 5
3. 2 ginger cut it into small tiny pieces.
4. Garlic pods - 3
5. Tomato - 1 cut into 4 pieces
6. Cashew nuts - 3 tbsp
7. Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
8. Black pepper - 1 tbsp
9. Mace flower it is in yellow colour
10. Black cardamom - 1
11. Coriander seeds - 2 tbsp
12. Bay leaf - 1
13. Pudina - half cup
14. Menthi leaves - half cup
15. Dry rose petals -2 tbsp
16. Tumeric - 1/2 tbsp
17. Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
18. Oil - 4 tbsp
19. Water - 400 ml
20. Keep the lid - wait for 5 vessels
21. Let it be cool
22. grind into fine paste.
23. Add half gram saffron
24. Squeeze one big lemon
25. Handful fries onions
26. Curd - 200 grams
27. Mix well
28. Mix this paste into marinated chicken.
29. Add fried onion oil - 150 ml
30. Wait for 2 mins
31. Then add ghee - 3 tbsp
32. Marination time - 3 hrs
33. Add 150 ml of hot water after 3hrs of marinated chicken.
34. Soak rice for 2 or 3 hrs
35. Cook rice add the ingredients
36. Finally add ghee on the top of rice.
37. Put stove on high flame for 5 mins
38. Add old pan and then put this briyani handi on the top of it.
39. Make the dum atleast 20 mins on low flame.
40. Finally briyani ready.
