Jeremy wouldn't have been able to Goad Jon's Perrie with Kitt Kanto before the equip of Swiftfoot Boots. Kitt's trigger happens at the beginning of combat.
Also @ 41:30 Skyship Plunderer will only Proliferate counters on _target_ permanent or player, not _every counter you own._
I was about to saw that since he was still in main phase
Its why people have to be careful with using keywords. It doesnt Proliferate at all. It just adds more counter of the same type. Proliferate means you can do it for any number of counters on anything.
The bodybag card addition is AMAZING

Intangible Virtue only gives tokens the buff and Vigilance, so only the Citizen would get it at the time.
This was a great episode! Such a good showing of the different decks and their synergies against one another! I'm so excited to get the precons myself now :D

Felt like Corey didn’t really utilize the blitz mechanic……..
Yeah a lot of missed blitz opportunities. I cannot wait to build the Riveteer deck and am a little sad we didn't get to see much of the blitz synergies.
This show is may favorite because it feels the most authentic, you guys all just have nice chemistry and seem to have fun playing against each other takes me back to playing actual tabletop magic lovely to see you guys have fun.
Fun game! That red blue enchantment has so much synergy in that deck wow. And of course that gavel just ran the game. Did so much work.
Loving these new snippets before each ep, thats a nice touch. Also, Corey youre a kickass addition, Mr Green had me in tears.
I will continue to say. I HATE the coming up screen. I don't need a commercial for a production I am already watching.

Luckily the insect died before he played another land.

The double block allowed him to kill the attacker. He also still had the original Scute.

Even without the block, the Scute would have been gone anyway. I believe 1 or 2 turns later, all tokens and counters were removed from the field.
The game would have changed very little if at all by that Scute dying. If anything, the attacker would have still been alive to help Cory. In the end, it would have been Cory with an advantage, not Jeremy.
Nice show. For some reason, I always smile when Green takes out Suarez.
Pitty, the esper deck aint here, wanted to see that one out of the box.
Love the video ya'll, but it would have been really nice to get an overhead cam shot of the cards in the collectors packs you opened at the start, or show them on screen. It's really unclear what anyone was opening...
They used to have cameras on the side which showed what cards each player was holding in their hand during the earlier seasons. Definitely miss that one A LOT. Please bring this back
Don’t like to me negative but I watch every episode but it is tough to keep up when the life totals don’t get updated, Corey set at 36 even know is life total was either low 20’s or higher teens. Love the content and players interactions.
Scrute Swarm is whenever 6 or more lands enter. On the turn Jeremy put down his 6th land he only made a insect counter instead of another scrute swarm. 28:00
These are fun decks and the bodybag token is an amazing addition to the show!
If Justin ever comes back, you guys NEED to keep the Bodybag cards hidden. Spring it on him at the opportune moment.

I got the parrie the pulverizer and replaced it with atraxa amd it fits the deck a lot better then perrie you do have to change replace some cards in it so atraxa works like some more plainswalkers and infect in it

Dang, that's the one I was most interested in.
Probably just joking there at the end, but you can't respond to a spell that's resolving. The entire spell has to resolve once priority is passed and the spell clears. Jon would draw his cards and die. Force would not have helped after the spell resolved.

24:25 If a creature is goaded it has to attack on the next attack phase where it can, right? So if Jon had given his creature to Jermy and it attacked it would have burned through it's Goad and wouldn't have to attack (or could attack Stephen) on Jon's turn. Am I understanding that right?
Not quite. The creature is goaded until the next turn of the person who goaded the creature. Since Stephen goaded everybody, those creatures stay goaded until Stephen's turn.
Is there any update on Justin, and how he's doing?

42:00 I thought the Blue guy only proliferated one permanent (or Player), not full proliferate.
Suarez could have stuck Perrie in a pile with the flier, forcing the matter (as to remove the board Steven would have to chose the larger pile first), giving him a little more freedom with the Scavenging Ooze depending on the sacs. Which is pretty relevant considering the couple of pretty decent creature pieces on board at the time.

Waht is the power level you guys try to stay around? Since Corey has been there, I've seen more OG duals, Mana Crypts, Even a Cradle. So are higher power cards now the norm? I think they should be, because most EDH players have these in their collections. Well In the playgroups that I play in anyway.
Nobody in my play group uses though cards so what is your point? Just let them play magic

Jeremey missed the damage calculation at 27 minutes he has +1+1 for token creatures in play not only does he own 2 that are attacking that combat also the manifest from Steven is also a token creature. they also have vigilance and do not tap when attacking.
Manifests aren’t Tokens. They’re facedown cards
Jeremy played seize the spotlight wrong. When a player chooses fame you gain control of a creature. The player that cast the spell chooses the creature.

You can also only goad using Jeremy's commander at the beginning of combat, not in response to an equip. But they are new cards so I'll give them some slack

I was surprised this set was coming out with 5 commander decks..I was even more surprised that, what I could find anyways, they were being sold for aprx $55-60+ each. I'm like...for real?! O.o Wow. When I found this out I said to myself "I'm not paying that much for each deck. I'll just pick the deck I like the most and then go for individual cards after that". Luckily I was able to find a decent deal on Amazon and got all 5 for aprx $185 (which was part of what was apparently some kind of "one day only 20%-25% off" deal). If this is what commander decks are going for from now on..I'll just be buying less I guess..til they get this crazy out of their system. Great game btw.

at 54:30. a creature with trample has to deal combat damage to blocker to deal trample damage. if the blocker is not there (sacrificed in this case) trample means nothing.
all damage goes to the player if the blocker is not there at deal dmg step if the attaking creature has trample.
A lot of misplays and bad rules interactions this game, to be expected with cards being played for the first time.
