Hi Jack, any idea if they will also fit a 2011 A4 Sline? I am pretty sure the mirror caps have the same structure, no lane change assist, also the indicator is right below the edge of the cap.
Are your mirrors electric folding? Cause I just bought them for a b7 A4. Want to make sure mine will work accordingly
What wheels do you have? My A4 is the exact same colour as yours and I am struggling to decide on a nice set of wheels.
Excellent video. But pulling glass mirror with phone holder i dont recommend. I pulled glass off and plastic part where heater is didnt move hahah.
Do you wax the aluminum caps or leave them alone? I believe they’re not real aluminum but I just want to know for detailing purposes
I believe they are actually aluminum, at least OEM ones on the S/RS models. Could be a light alu cover, but yeah it's definitely not just silver painted plastic.
It's electroplated process. They are abs plastic. And they are clear coated. Wax is fine
What tool did you use to remove mirror?
You had to figure it out on your own. He didnt tell that and doenst respond on your question...so..a great grea t instruction video..NOT!!!
