I'm thinking 1:58 is supposed to be the dev's best time or something, while the silver is supposed to be the gold time. @@Admiral_AxolotlYou can avoid the lava in all 2-A cases if you use a water skim jump while holding back to get more height and especially if you use wall jumps (you can do them out of some stances). The last one doesn't even need you to land in the water if you get the right angle out of the sand tunnel.

You just need to get good at skidding the water. no real way to avoid the lava i think

I've been able to pop up from the water and do a small jump off the wall to skip the lava parts. It's a little tricky, but doable. Got a 1:14.6
