WILD CAMPING IN BRITAIN'S MOST DEPRIVED AREA | JAYWICK SANDS ESSEX | IS IT REALLY THAT BAD?

Myself and Candice have been planning this wild camp for a while and decided to invite my mate Mark at the last minute, but didn't tell him WHERE we were going! He's a Clacton local so he knows all about Jaywick Sands but has never camped there. We all didn't know what to expect, we had only heard about it via media coverage and rumours spread by people who have driven through there. We were not in a position to judge. But we were curious to see for ourselves what it was like and if you could get away with a wild camp on the beach there...
This video is a social experiment as much as a wild camp. We kept an open mind about Jaywick and in doing so were pleasantly surprised by it. I ask you to do the same, however I know there will be some idiots out there who will ruin it for everyone else and post negative and hateful comments about Jaywick and it's residents (they appear in every video I've found on Jaywick). So for this reason, I have disabled the comments. Hopefully you understand. I hope you enjoy the video and I hope that you too see the hidden beauty and charm that we saw in Jaywick.
