my only issue with the whole thing is..

But they're not off-grid. They say that in the interview. That's the dream but not the reality. Also living off grid doesn't mean shunning all modern tech - they're not Amish, just alternitive living.

At about 3 minutes in they ask if he's been exposed to enough to know what hes interested in and he says "nah" before the mother cuts him off to tell him how many home school children they let him hang around with.
Poor kids are going to have a rough adulthood, without the skills needed to navigate the world.

I just feel sorry for these children 🤷🏼‍♀️ For any child actually brought up in an extreme or weird bubble 😢

They just seem like they can't be bothered to parent their kids properly in my opinion, kids need some guidance not none at all, they actually thrive from rules, routine and guidance from parents.
They all seem happy so whatever works for them but to me it's bizarre lol

Every kid hates their parents at some stage of life, regardless of whether they've "done everything right" according to society's standards.

These parents might be loving and kind but they have decided against certains necessities that we don't particularly like but need to function in society like vaccines, school schedules, etc

'Well done' to any parent who does their due-diligence and decides what seems best for their own children and family, rather than just going along with the pack. We all do our best, and no matter what we choose, there is no magic formula for raising perfect children. What an amazing thing for children to learn to hear their own inner voice and know themselves. Most of us struggle into adulthood before that might even occur to us! Imagine if we all got to pursue our strengths and passions, without having to feel like a failure at the things we have no interest in. I bet these kids have been exposed to more opportunities in their travels and experiences than most others. Bravo!
This was a much kinder interview than the last one, which seemed to set them up, and felt more sensational.

Yes two parents who don’t work and leech off of society collecting welfare and food stamps raising kids who can’t read and piss on the floor. Well done

@@JMacTheFanatic Perhaps they wouldn't feel like the right decisions for you and for your family, so you should choose what seems best in your home. I prefer to support what seems like a happy well adjusted family, rather than criticize just because some of their decisions fall outside my comfort zone. The world needs more kindness :)
