Competitive Gamers usually don't use silencers because of the damage reduction and when someone dies the teammate that died would most likely call it out making silencers useless
But they all talk to each other so you know where they are anyway. And you do way less damage so you lose gunbattles because of it. So no good and a big bad thing if you use suppresors
