PP, still has a long way to go compared to its ASEAN cities Neighbors such as BK, Jakatar, and KL, to name a few !! This Capital city of SEA has an underdeveloped infrastructure such as broken streets and roads that are neglected, a lack of sidewalks for pedestrians to stroll around the city, unorganized streets food vendors that are everywhere, leaving behind trash and mess in the city, the public transportation is nonexistent, with chaotic traffic jammed that is badly managed by the PPCH!! Phnom Penh is a beautiful city rich in History and adorned with Magnificent Colonial and Khmer architectural Buildings that are so mesmerizing to contemplate. If this city is properly run, like Singapore it will become the '' Pearl '' of Asia; but to achieve, and make it come true Khmer Leaders must have a '' Vision'' for the Development and Modernization of the City !!
