Never realised you were into Arma... Were you into the dayz mod back in the day? That was the game that got me into PC gaming, and thus where I am today, watching you play Arma ;)
Minus a few janky bugs this is the most fun in a mil game I've had since old BF days. I've tried so many, and many others like or love that I don't but this game is the closest to what I'd want in a mil game I've played so far. Some are close though. But what this does is just make me more psyched for A4. If they could get the graphics up a notch or two so the normies would get into it more it would make the Arma series really pop off and get a massive player base. The more who buy it the more money they can spend making it better. It's like DCS or Rust where they're an obvious labor of love and the more we can get ppl into the game the better it will get. That being said, I've not got into the pre alpha to the game but Grey Zone looks like it could have a ton of potential in the mil sim type game genre. These games keep me in gaming when others are just big disappointments and getting worse and worse. At least the ones corporately owned and then get ideologically captured. Like for recent eg Tomb Raider. Who not is not a tomb raider cause "colonialism". GD am I grateful for games like this. And of course the communities in them.
I've played ARMA for 13 years and this is definitely the best one. can't WAIT FOR ARMA 4!
