Out of all the colors.. blue and red are hardest to get out. When you dye hair blue it stains the hair and that pigment won't go no where😂 so when dying hair cool colors leave it on for 30 min or so. Warmer colors can stay 45 to an hour 😊

blue sticks to hair yeah but red...all you have to do is wash your hair in hot water and it all fades out it’s not hard

Salerm color reverse works bomb to remove hair color Nd it doesn’t damage my hair. It is my go to hair color remover(use more then once depending on how much layers of dye you have on your hair)

I just started my hair color journey. I have fine hair and didn’t want to use any bleach on my hair so I searched for a bleach free solution and ended up finding the peroxide, baking soda, purple shampoo and dish soap concoction. That stripped my pink hair super quick 😁

Sally's does sell colour fix which is supposed to lift dye out of the hair from what I understand.

@@violademyan oh ok. Tbh I recently bleached my hair only one week after box dying my hair black. It lifted so well I was in shock. I did need to bleach a 2nd time but waited 5 days. Now I'm hot pink.

LiL Peep unfortunately your hair would be damaged really bad if you tried to bleach it:( I have a video called “bleaching my hair from black to blonde” where I did this EXACT SAME thing. I had white hair and then dyed it black. just to bleach it a couple months later. It has taken me almost a year to finally be able to be semi blonde again!!
Some colour removers work on black hair, but it'd probably go ginger or a brown. Maybe look at videos for specifically getting black dye out. I've used colourless hair remover a few times, on brown, red or purple hair and it's worked well but I've never had black hair x
I usually just crush the vitamin c tablets with a spoon at the side of my bowl I never even thought of putting them in a blender 😂

look up the katie siepierski method!! i also use the one n only argan oil dyes and it’s the only thing that works well for me! turns it completely blonde in 1-3 tries depending on the color and isn’t damaging. i use a blow dryer on it for 20 minutes instead of 5 though!

I know this is a late reply, but to be honest I have no idea:( Anytime I tried to go on the Sallys website all the colors were sold out. Since the stores were not open I couldn't go inside to check. If it's the same brand and you see this color but the packaging is different I wouldn't know anything about it:( Someone told me they rebranded? but idk b/c I haven't seen it yet. So I'm not sure if the formula is gonna be the same if they did.

Opposite of the color wheel is yellow so I have seen where colorist use blonde dye to cancel the blue color :)

One thing I’ve learned abt the Argan Oil hair dye u use is that its one of the most DIFFICULT to remove. After watching u use it I tried it myself bc I really loved the purple on u. After getting bored (u know how it is) I tried to remove it & decided I’ll never use it again. Out of all the semi permanent hair dyes I’ve tried, that one just won’t budge. For anyone else interested in it I’d say only use it if u intend on keeping that one color for a very long time. Otherwise stay faaaar away & use another brand.

The same girl posted a new method she uses 2 weeks ago it's the same method I use and it works just make sure not to leave it for too long. I made that mistake once before 😂

when i had purple hair i mixed baking soda, purple shampoo, dish soap, and 10 developer and let it sit in my hair for 30 minutes and it took the purple right out
Next time try crazy color back to base it took all of my blue out

I've done several of these methods and to be honest you're probably better of using bleach instead of doing so many things to your hair. Olaplex is a real life saver when bleaching and chemically treating your hair in general! 😊
I hate that brand I used the midnight color and it bleed so bad
IKayIRin I’ve used this brand for over 4 years and have never looked back. I’ve used midnight to get the blue color in the video. The brand uses oils (the brand is literally called argan oil) so I can see where you get bleeding from!! However I’ve never had any problems. I just always make sure to fully get all the dye out when I first put it on! and to not be putting tons of oil in my hair when it’s freshly dyed since there are already oils in the hair dye. Oils=bleeding

no he doesn't hahahaahhaha. I just copied someone else's technique!!
Red is easy asf to get out for me blue stays in my hair well but if I want it out I can get it out easy asf if I want to without bleach. Green stays in my hair forever. That being said I just dyed my hair from red to pink to blue back to jade. I hit the entire color wheel in 3 months with no damage. 20 vol developer and ion bleach get it out in a bleach wash every time for me. I add head and shoulders coconut oil and a tad bit of suave coconut conditioner. Colors come out each time easily no damage. I bleach the shit out my roots usually tho 🤷🏻♀️ my hair takes torture well
usually a tiny bit of bleach takes it out for me as well. That's how I was able to switch hair colors so easily in the past. But since I've done SO MUCH damage I'm putting off bleach unless it's on my roots. But I will def. be keeping that method in mind. SO THANK YOU FOR SUGGESTING
