My suggestion is if someone is drunk keep your vehicle and use taxi service instead of drink and driving why police not keeping eye on them if they are found drunk (the driver) stop them give fine and don't allow him to drive in that condition
Cops tell them to pay full expenses. These undisciplined tourists should be taught to be disciplined. Send them to tourism minister for training. He wants competition..first put your house in order then call for tourism.

When there are no obstacles in the whole of Goa where intellectuals live, why should tourists not learn disciplined defensive driving and safer driving limits in God’s heritage land. Hello to all.....first of all people drink n drive....next about tourism...now on roads of GOA noticed DL/UP passing vehicles....as seen most driven by lady drivers....don't know how to drive in our state....our Police department is engaged in targeting the particular days amount.....recouring from localities... helmet license etc...here what happens...people fight for justice.....now bakara/goat/bokodo xyz...they reach to our state n fulfilled money to revalant....they get free.......Even our locals misbehaving...
