u will need cilinder, cilinder head, exhaust (custom made is best, but its not easy), crankshaft, clutch, elektronic ignition, also place new bearings etc..
well, first you should have more than 3 gears, i don't know how many you have, but i would recommend at least 5, 6 is even better. zundapp 5gear engines are very wanted en therefore rather expensive in comparison to the 3gear versions. the engine itself would be around 450-550 euros. + 450 for the rotating inlet. 200 for a good cilinder, 60 for a good racepiston, 150 for a racecrankshaft, real deal is also raceclutch, racing expansion pipe, etcetera..
maybe you should consider to convert it to a reed valve variant. there have been made very good results with reed valves. +20hp with 50(!) cc. you can allways ad me on facebook if you have more questions

because it is an engine modified with a rotary inlet valve
