Fallout 4 (Olde Gen) PC 2024 Starlight Drive-In Settlement walk through

NOT UPDATED game version.
I didn't really get into doing much settlement building when I played way back when. The running into Settlement Budget restrictions, and downright unfriendly snap system just drove me crazy.
Weirdly, I'm having a lot of fun taking breaks between missions after hauling (poor Dogmeat) as much loot back as possible with the benefit of Power Armor. The loot gets broken down into base resources and then I use that to build upon (or around) what I've built before. My focus is entirely on Starlight Drive In currently.
When possible Place Everywhere was used for objects when necessary/possible. Otherwise, both the rug and concrete pillar glitches were used to put things where they didn't want to go.
