This thing right and your correct Wes happening is that many young artists are getting a serious bag having ownership but the people who have been in sign contract are not an it’s finally starting to get revealed. Meek sign contracts year ago that he’s still under and still must fulfill ik it’s challenging because he’s put in a lot of work seriously but not getting paid. That’s a tough situation to be in for anybody. As an upcoming artist I pray this get resolve fast and I just hope this could be a eye opener for many other upcoming artists.

Meek was the downfall of that label. Ross put too much time and effort into him and he didn’t fit the identity of who Ross really is/was. It helped him fit the Narrative of a street boss! But Wale Staley and a few other artist fit his style better. Gunplay honestly could’ve been his Meek Mill and it would’ve been even greater. Because although Gunplay was a street person his art form was versatile and even more skilled than Meek in my opinion. Ross let MMG slip because he was trying to cater to people who wasn’t about the sacrifice of the team. Man’s had Stalley on the bench like he forgot he was even there. I forever commend Stalley for his patience. Rockie never got the push he deserved because he was catering to Tracy T who also didn’t fit his true identity. Ross is an Artists who’s art form was luxurious rap/music making. So why cloud it with a whole bunch of street dudes. Ross is stolen that dude though, I respect his healthy transition into business ventures. Still a 🐐 regardless. He’s done more in this game than many of his peers. He’s given artists a whole new career after other “bosses” couldn’t make shit shake with them. He’s done for other artists the same that was done for him. Ross and MMG had summer on a choke hold for at least 3 straight years. Anything that said “mmmmm maybach music” or had a “UUGh” on it was golden.
