    Are you saying the stock brace doesn’t help with chassis rigidity?

    • @thienphan13
      @thienphan13 Před 4 lety +3

      CarGuy11 Toyota says the brace is just for the seats from moving backwards, it’s not meant to be a proper strut bar

    • @SupraMK5
      @SupraMK5  Před 4 lety +3

      The "stock brace" is a flimsy vanity bar that someone could probably karate chop in half with their bare hands.

    Do you lose a lot of seat room? Can you still have it all the way back?

    • @BFlood4471

      This setup will definitely keep the seat from going all the way back.. almost 2" from what I've seen

    the seat still goes all the way back and down? i hardly fit now with a helmet

    • @SupraMK5
      @SupraMK5  Před 4 lety +2

      The seats go all the way down but not all the way back. Also, I got rid of these seats and went full bucket seats shortly after

      We offer 2 different versions. One that allows for a stock seat to move back (about 95% of it's travel rearward), and another version for those who keep their stock seats more forward. The difference between the 2 is where the crossbar for the harnesses is placed. For the version that allows more seat travel rearward, the harnesses get mounted to the rear section of the cage.

    Can maybe someone here tell me, if the Supra Mk5 seats are foldable and would fit in a BMW F32 ?

    Are you able to add rear seats to a gr Supra?

    • @SupraMK5
      @SupraMK5  Před 3 lety

      Never seen it done but there is hardly any room back there due to the rear speakers
