I tested love at first glow on my skin again and the peach in it get’s prettier as it dries down - it started to remind me a little bit of my Jean Charles Brousseau Fleurs de Ombré Rose….. like it’s little sister, or a soap scented with that perfume! I like all of them on my skin apart from the OG, so it seems like this range is a winner for me personally!
JLo Glo the original came out when I was in college. I remember going to parties and smelling it so strongly on girls. I remember spraying it on myself at the shops and eventually bought my own. The original is my favorite out of them all.
Its similar to CK1 or CKbe in clean and soapish. Pairs well with philosophy Pure Grace or Baby Grace 🎉
Gave the original Glow another chance today. It does smell like ivory soap but I also get this plastic-y, doll head note on my skin. Kinda strange but I do enjoy the dry down. Also picked up Anais Anais. Hyacinth bomb & I love it. Very soft & feminine. 💜
I love the original Glow. It lasts so long too! I get a lot of rose and it's so sophisticated! I liked Miami Glow for days in TX that are soooo hot. Like 100+ degree days, it's so refreshing and satisfying on those days.
I'm looking forward to trying these out when it warms up!

Pretty sure the OG is the only one I don't like! Although I suspect the After Dark one has too much patchouli so I was sensible and didn't buy that one!
Miami Glow was my signature a decade ago! & i never knew she had so many!!
There are quite a few I couldn't get hold of too!
I paid an arm and a leg for Ghost in the US because it's supposed to smell like Avon, Karmala. It was a huge let down. Speaking of sweets, I tried Lancome, Hypnose today and fell in love. It's black licorice in a bottle, even though there's no anise in it at all. I tried Lolita Lempika and several others but they all smelled like baby wipes to me. This one is spot on and reminds me a bit of Loverdose. Always a good day when a picky girl finds herself a new perfume. Maybe you can find a turkish delight oil? I like layering perfume with single note oils. Works out great, especially if you have dry skin.
I actually have the solid version of Lush Rose Jam now (nicer than the spray imho!) and Rochas Tocade, which has a vanilla and amber base but really makes me think of traditional Turkish delight dusted with powdered sugar! both are only good for me in cold weather though but that’s cool - I prefer fruity rose perfumes in the warm weather!
I bought Still recently- it’s a beauty. I think I paid $30 for 100ml.
I was just thinking if I could only take 2 perfumes away with me on holiday (under $30;hot weather) I’d take Green Tea by E Arden and Passion by E Taylor. Tea for day and Passion for night (lol)
I've never smelt passion but it looks similar to poison note-wise?
@@skinscentsforfusspots I only have Hypnotic Poison and have forgotten what Poisson smells like but I’ve heard they are similar. I only paid $30 for Passion - great value for money and a beautiful fragrance. It smells like ‘purple’ flowers and a lovely powdery dry down.
I love your Chanel from the first time I found it till now I think it's so relaxing to listen to you and I love perfumes. I am on a budget as well and I am very thankful that you choose perfumes on good prices. You need to try Bench perfumes, they are edt, anyway i think you might like them.

@@skinscentsforfusspots got 1 from TKmax the other day for £6.99 it's called Urban jungle and it's so good I can't even believe it. It has super delicious pear in the opening and the dry down is very gentle and beautiful. 💚
I wanted to love JLo Miami glow. Everyone says it’s so tropical and smells like being on the beach, but I hated it.
All i smelled was soap, maybe I got a bad bottle???
no I was confused by it when I first got it because it is so soapy… actually smells like a passion fruit body lotion to me and it’s not and easy wear - I have to be in the mood! it’s also so strong! Liz Claiborne Mambo smells a bit more like what I expected Miami Glow to smell like and I find that one easier to wear personally 🙂

I have a love-hate relationship with the OG Glow, it smells so nice when I spray it on a tester (so addicting) but sadly it smells like shit on my skin :/ I really like Miami Glow & Enduring Glow (didn't try any of the others but I wanny try Blue Glow & Wild Glow)
Glow is an odd little thing! It's not good on me either, but definitely has a beauty to it when it's not on my skin 😅
I don't like Glow or Miami Glow and I really wanted to love them. I haven't smelled the other 3.
They have a real body lotion / soapy vibe so I can understand why they don't work for lots of people.... they're unusual in the world of perfumes, quite a unique DNA!

There are more than this! I didn't buy the ones I didn't like the notes in and many aren't available anymore so I can't try them!
My favorite is love at first glow. Are we still able to buy it? I had it in 2005. So many memories
It's quite easy to get in the UK but I doubt that it's still in production, seems to have arrived at all the discounters this year! It turned out to be my favourite of the Glow's too.... it grew on me and I've very happily kept it 😊
I think I'm the only person in the world who think doesn't like still 😂
Not tried any of these, only enduring Glo, which was fine, but similar to a few other fragrances that I had at the time.
Lol that's like me with almost every popular perfume (Hello Musc Noir Rose..... so sickly!) 😅 I didn't go for enduring glow due to the notes and comparisons on Fragrantica - After Dark looks pretty good but I'm very sure the patchouli would not work for me so I didn't get that one either!
I don’t like Still at all. I find it incredibly boring and linear. I sold mine on EBay 😆
