    Great explaination. Thank you so much! You saved me a lot of time and headache. FYI...My Power Query counts the week from 0 to 6 instead of 1 to 7 (in the example my Monday =0 instead of Monday =1 so I need to filter weekdays

      Agree.
      Date.DayOfWeek return values 0 to 6, so value = 5 is Saturday in case where Monday is first day of week.

      Remember the power query internal index start with 0. In excel start with 1

    Great tutorial, thanks! One thing, Date.DayOfWeek returns values from 0 to 6 however so to remove both Saturdays and Sundays your conditional check should be "
