I can't imagine how happy Julian finally is to share this song to the world after over 10 years
I remember that he talked about this song on a interview with a local radio station in Chile during lollapalooza 2014 saying that he was hope to someday there will be released.

@@bas9682honestly I’m a huge Voidz/Strokes fan, but any of Jules’ modern live performances seem to suck. He seems depressed. He just kinda stands there with his head down, and drunkenly sings half of lyrics out of key while forgetting the other half.

Already having a second track where Julian and Daft Punk worked together is reason enough to be grateful but being there hearing the band playing the song must have been amazing

I think some of them on the recording are octave effects.
@stefanimal5257 no he could do a better falsetto live in 2013-2019. In 2021 his voice entirely changed. Probably with age or smoking idk
@@stefanimal5257 there are definitely hints of melodyne/pitch correction and perfection on the demo, but that was all him! If anything, in the first verse, there are 8vb affects on the vocal tracks, but nothing bringing his falsetto up that I can notice (recording musician, vocal performer over here)
I think he started smoking again, his high register has really taken a hit since 2021.
