Yesterday I felt suddenly exhausted. I recognized the signs and lay down for a nap. I asked John to wake me at 3:30. I woke up at 8am...the next day. Chronic fatigue can and will strike with or without warning. Listen to your body, do what it says. Rest, eat well and dont stress over things you can not change. God bless each of you. I listen to this every night for months now as I have suffered from insomnia for years, this is the only thing that has worked I cant thank you enough! Hey thank you so much for your sacrifice......I was born in January which in my country is summer and rainy the day I was born it rained hard and it was on a Thursday 2nd Jan 2003 this year on the 2nd my bday it rained too and it sounded just like this It was on a Thursday aswell....im blessed and so is everyone God bless everyone reading this comment I dont need you to like it but to just smile be safe and love u

It helps me study for my medical university examinations.I live in girls hostel but this reminds me of the time when I used to prepare for my medical entrance examination in my room at home during rainy season which automatically helps me to study. Also, this sound blocks all the other noises in my hostel. Thank you.
Ive been listening to this rain video for so long, I cant remember when I didnt. This specific one. Maybe 3 years? I switched to this one because it was louder and its clear rain. No ads. Amazing video, and I want to thank The Relaxed Guy. This video not only helps me get the relaxing sleep I need each day, but calms me down before and after I rest. Amazing for naps too. Recently I couldnt sleep longer than 3 hours cause I just left my abusive family... always waking up with panic and anxiety... today for the first time I slept 6 hours and woke up refreshed... and decided to sleep in a bit more.
