Now THAT'S what I'm talking about!!!! Natalie shines as always - such grace, energy & talent. Loved the song when it first came out. Loved this version. Hot band. Tight, energetic, and such great musicianship. Loved the piano player's energy and chops. Great film work to capture the entire groove from each section of the band and that "ultimate cool" that Natalie radiates.
OMG!! That piano intro is so very KILLER! Those background vocals are "on point" throughout the entire (friggin') song! And to top it all off, Ms. Natalie Cole adding newer and better meaning to the phrase "holding court" - she slaaaaays this song. I still can't believe she's gone, 'cause I'd always hoped against hope that I would have the privilege of hearing her one more time, live in concert. I'm so sad.....

I’ve seen many live shows in my lifetime (literally hundreds). The show with Natalie Cole and Lou Rawls in the very early 80s was far and away the best live show I have ever seen. Fantastic. I saw them at McFarlin auditorium at SMU.
