It's not analysis-paralysis, it's trying to identify how to reduce uncertainty. The process of trial and error is in the DNA of entrepreneurship. It would be great to try with Tomer, in that hour of coaching, the methods I have learned and validate them with the ones he proposes in his book and his presentations.

Wow, I'm just a beginner and I always thought it's actually better to start in Q4 since people are buying like crazy which will boost your sales from the day 1 but now that I think about it, in PL it's exactly the opposite! And as Tomer said, you have to know when it's time to make money and when it's time to launch your product. Thank you for your insights guys, it's crazy that in less than 5 minutes you get more valuable information than from 5h long videos from Amz gurus😄
I like the honesty @kian! 1 of the most important question is, how much is learning the Amazon FBA system, and how much is learning e-commerce? 50%/50%? Would a good start for FBA is to spend minimal funds just to learn FBA, then once you nailed the system (which takes time) then move on to private label etc.? And yes, i would like to get a book!
Great point, I always ask myself the question of am I branding or am I selling? If i 'm branding by creating an amazing product offering massive value then I will build a brand around it and maybe it's more suited to Shopify but if I am just selling products to make money then i'll look at the data on amazon to find the opportunities, but I think it purely comes down to the desire of the entrepreneur of what type of product you want to sell and if you're in this for the short / medium / long term and then it becomes clear whether you should do amazon fba or ecommerce in general - hope that helps 🙏

At one point of time product is doing well and suddenly amazon make some search algo changes and product sales almost falls to 1/4. So is it worth taking risk of bulk sourcing?
Great question but to answer it simply I would say Amazon FBA will always be updating / changing so to stay on top of it you want to be in a good community of like minded sellers who are all helping each other as well as having a mentor and regularly attending e-commerce events and conferences, this way no matter what happens with the platform you will always be on top of it, just my thoughts 🤓

Great video! I have a new eCommerce store that i am starting which is based in and selling in the U.S., but my suppliers are in China. I am looking for a 3 PL to handle inventory management and fulfillment. In this situation, do you suggest using a 3PL that is based in China or based in the U.S.?
I would definitely have your 3PL in the USA so you can send out to customers quickly and easily, but if you have a lot of stock that you will take a long time to sell, you can also do a partial shipment and ask your supplier to keep half the stock in their warehouse free of charge 🤓👊
