Anyway while listening I was thinking how clever it was for them to be sending letter to eachother,both now and before. Than i realized how important it was that mal leatned how to read and write in the earlier audios! We've come full circle!

Thank you! Yes, it's been a challenge to keep this one with just either things Kit could read or conversations Kit is part of or could overhear, and not be missing huge chunks of story. Believe me, I could do about 570 audios about what I've figured out Mal has been up to with the other guards... but this is the Listener's story, and I'm trying to keep it that way. Yeah, when I came up with the idea I realized that learning to read would be both a good way for Kit & Mal to bond and would also be essential for them to communicate since I never intended they would stay together the entire time (not much of a story then if they do).
