You don’t have to clean injection site for subcutaneous but you must verbalise that the site is visibly clean 😊

If you're going to check the marking criteria, it says that if the area is clean no need to clean it. But if required verbalised to use 70% isopropyl alcohol for 30 secs. and let it dry for another 30 secs.
