I am curious why you wouldn’t recommend saddle soap or leather moisturizer for your “leather” bags?
My Fossil bags share whatever weather I'm pedaling in, get tossed on the trunk of a sidecar, plopped on the floor of my workstation and are generally brutalized. They're also the sturdiest , most practically designed bags I've owned. Keep up the good work!

Can I use a waterproof spray on my leather fossil bag?
Is it okay to apply a Leather conditioner or Leather protector to a Fossil Bag?
Hi Susan! We don't typically recommend leather care products, but if you desire, the leather may be cleaned at your discretion using a quality leather care product. We suggest that you test the product of your choice on an inconspicuous area of the item to make sure there is no adverse reaction. As with any cleaning product, please follow the label directions carefully. Also, any darker colored conditioners or waxes have a tendency to darken and stain the bag. Please avoid these if possible.
My first leather purse! I was so excited. I wore it for the first time with old denim jeans. It stained immediately. I’m so sad, I only used it once! I can’t get the stain out.
Just spray that leather white bag with apple guard Spray periodically and you’re good to go! You’re welcome! 🤍
I had my leather fossil briefcase in my trunk for a 35min drive to work. Apparently my car has a gas odour in the trunk (due to a dry rotted fuel vent hose) that I need to fix but my briefcase now smells a bit like gas.
I know that gasoline off gases into vapour and the smell should leave on it’s own but I’m worried about what to do if it doesn’t.
The bag wasn’t exposed to liquid gas - just low level vapours in my trunk. I’m sure no one would notice unless I told them or they had their face pressed right up to the bag. The problem is it’s my favourite bag, I take good care of my things (it’s why I can justify having nice things) and I know the smell is there. 😂
Yes, gasoline and leather historically go together but not for me! Is there anything you recommend I do if the smell doesn’t go away?
can i buy fossil handbags and add them as my collections, without wearing them on daily basis?

Mine is over 20 yrs old ,it was a light green ,it dies need to be tinted again ,as the colour has faded ,,,I know I could buy a new one , but mine is still like bran new ,,,,,does your store have colored cream , for leather goods ,,,,,

The same thing happened to my bag. I emailed as I was told to and nothing came of it. The bag itself is still good but the straps and lining are peeling like crazy so the bag is no use.

@@lyndisharris5823 @fossil you the craziest thing happened to me at the Fossil store in the NYC Oculus train station. This happened before covid, I went to buy a leather backpack and was pressured to buy a old cracked leather, full of dust backpack. When I was shocked at the condition of the backpack I requested another one which was even in worst condition the leather had scratches all over and heavy grey dust. The store manager even suggested to me that fossil items are meant to look like that since is a “Vintage Item” to me it felt I was getting scammed into buying old use backpacks. I did no purchase from that store instead I went to the Times Square location and got the same backpack brand new, no cracking or scratches on it. #Truestory #Leader #Fossil
