Finally, I never thought he sounded like Barney. Sure, Chuck sounded pretty silly when he was voiced by Duncan Brannan, but he definitely wasn't a bad singer. Have you heard his cover of Soul Sister? If you can get past the fact that Chuck E. Cheese is covering the song (might not be an easy feat, but I was able to do it), you might hear that his singing voice has some really good vibrato, among other things.
