I tried this, doing exactly what the presenter said but I got stuck at the point of draging the skeleton to the download part, apparently it doesn't recognise. This is not the first person to upload clips about UE5 that do not work, i'm beginning to wonder if anyone knows how to do this properly
Ue5 skeleton is compatible with metahuman skeleton just double click the animation go to skeleton then asset details chose compatible skeleton metahuman skeleton

Same issue, I have a relatively short MH and it grows to the size of the Mannyquin when it animates. Any new clues how to solve this?
