    Another question that comes up often towards Joel and myself, is how much high intensity cardio a person should do every week.
    First, we define what high intensity cardio is, as well as how much is enough for most people, as well as how much to do if you want to push the limits a bit more. Being "very tired" does not make cardio high intensity!
    Many people do too much work at high intensities and actually shoot themselves in the foot and hurt their own results.
    We dive a bit deeper into whats best for you to get the best long term results.

    Could you specify what you mean by high intensity cardio? Like do you mean repeat hill sprints for 10 seconds or a 3-8 minute vo2 max effort?
