The Cook County Record reports that U.S. District Judge Robert M. Dow has sided with Carlos (a.k.a. Brad Carlson) in the latest round of legal drama between the two sides, rejecting Cheap Trick’s motions to dismiss his claims of “breach of contract, trademark infringement, false designation of origin, false advertising, unfair competition and breach of fiduciary duty” - all incurred, according to the lawsuit, after the band improperly removed him as a director of the band’s corporations following his ouster as their touring drummer in 2010.

This is not rock and roll. The only thing thats rock in this song is Rick Nielsen jamming the fuck out. Every things else from the tempo to the drumline is pop.

What kind of bass guitar is that? Why does it have so many tuning pegs? Looks like a bass guitar morph with a regular guitar on the same neck....
Rodney Varty pretty sure it’s a 12 string bass
It's his standard stage 12-string bass. This one is a Gretsch White Falcon. He's gone through many different models over the years: Hamers, Waterstones, etc. He says he usually plays a four-string Gibson Thunderbird in his studio work.
@@jCd1058 His best sounding 12 string bass was the one he used in the mid 90’s and on the album Cheap Trick 97. His Chandler 12 string bass made by Chandler guitars in San Francisco. Just my opinion though, and I’ve only followed them since seeing them for the very 1st time opening for KISS in 1977

love cheap trick but damn they could have held a practice before this performance... luckily the drummer is holding this whole thing together... sloppy sloppy otherwise. i expected to hear this great song from 1979, instead they sounded like they haven't played together since 79'
Wow...sound is mixed horribly. Lead guitar overpowers everything but the vocal. Only other instrument you can hear is the drums.
