The island of Losinj is limestone, as is Cres. It has an area of 75 km2, which makes it the eleventh largest island in Jardan out of a total of 79 inhabitants.
The highest peak of the Osorčica ridge is Televrina. The hike is challenging, but the views are worth it.
Mali Losinj
The largest town on the island is Mali Lošinj. By the middle of the 13th century, Losinj was almost uninhabited. This changed in the 19th century, when it developed into a leading naval power and became the second most important port on the Adriatic after Trieste.
Providenca
Extraordinary, delicate, unique, romantic, just wonderful. Such is the lookout point of Providenc with a restaurant and a nature trail.
Veli Losinj
A beautiful town is also Veli Losinj, or Velky Losinj. Just to clarify, Malý Losinj is bigger than Velký Lošinj.
Apoxiomena Museum
The bronze statue depicts a young athlete removing oil, sweat and dust from his body with a tool called strigil. This procedure was called in Greek apoxyesis and the statue of Apoxiomenos.

Jsme tu v březnu a je to lepší než v létě. Doporučujeme hlavně Bufet Tina na Cresu v Punta Križa.
Hezké místo. Po maturitě v r. 1983 jsem tam byl s kamarádem-spolužákem. Autobusem Bratislava-Rijeka a trajektem 6h do M.Lošinju. Bydlení na soukromí, k obědu palačinke a francouzskou polévku z pytlíku 😂. Manželský pár z D nás vozil mercedesem na pláž Sunčana uvala. Moře nádherné, akorát tam bylo hodně rúžových medúz. Tak hodinu každý den, pak byl klid...... Krásné místo 😎✌️😎. Jeden den byl výlet autobusem přes Cres, Opatiji do Rijeky 👍. To bylo pak vykoumat, kam schovám zlatý řetízek před celníky z ČSSR 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Super video, připomíná mi to krásné časy, kdy jsme tam jezdili s kamarády i třikrát ročně. Měli jsme tam svoji lodičku a spali jsme v Rapoči v Nerezine. Bohužel tam přibylo strašně moc turistů, takže jsme změnili lokalitu a jsme nyní na Rabu.
ať se vám tam líbí, taky se tam chystáme na natáččení. Děkuji moc za pochvalu.
