I totally get your frustration David! Lot's of people out there with no imagination, they are afraid to use their own (because they're afraid to fail) so instead take a proven formula and tweak it. Don't be afraid to be yourself everyone, dare to express yourselves ✨️

Absolutely craziest part today is a Google my brand or my jackets and what shows up is multiple other brands either using exact or near exact design configurations and even the name of my products

I'd never copy your work but your talk of jacket philosophy and what goes into lasting construction has been invaluable in working on my own designs. I'm just a small maker and I still get people wanting to copy what I do. It feels like they don't have the magic and thus they have to steal it. I take solace in being the fount and inspiration though it would pain me to see my designs done poorly.
