For real!! I almost have the PERFECT shade in the matte camo concealer but the undertone is so orange!!! If only it could be yellow w a bit of orange but no, it’s bright orange underneath🙄

Love the butter bronzer but absolutely despise the bulky packaging! I've even hit pan on mine. BTW love the monochromatic orange look!
I always depot this bronzer because the packaging is way too bulky -with a little heat it comes out easily and can be placed in a less bulky compact or magnetic pallet.
Target sells a mini I bought
Honestly same!!!! I’d much rather have no mirror or applicator (who even uses the random sponge) and pay a lower cost, have a more compact product and even help the environment (since we don’t need mirrors in everything)
I have never bought it because can't get past packaging and smell.

I’ve tried so many concealers and techniques to disguise my inherent circles and the tear trough indent... it made me feel hideous tbh no matter what I used. I finally gave up because they were so bad 😂 Let’s just say I sympathize and thank god for fillers 🤐

It took me YEARS to understand that I don't have dark under eyes but hollows, therefore a full coverage concealer is not the best solution for me. I can't stress enough the importance of the difference.
What concealer have you found that works for this? I have the same issue
@@sharonshloop2420 Based on Amanda's videos I tried and like the Maybelline Fit me concealer at the moment. I liked the Glossier Stretch concealer too but haven't repurchased it. I have my eye on the Kosas for a while :) I haven't find my HG yet, but at least now I know what to look for.

I am obsessed with these earthy warm tones on you!!! You’re glowing so beautiful as always. You do the most beautiful eyeshadow. Try using your normal shade concealer on your under eyes and then the smallest amount of powder and then with your finger dab a concealer in a pink or salmon tone along the darkest part of the hallow. Ily!

I love the Elf concealer for spot concealing when I don’t want to wear foundation! I feel like it blends into the skin really well.
Was LITERALLY looking last night if you already reviewed the Elf concealer since i'm interested in it... wow the timing couldn't be better !

Thanks to this I just picked up the Elf putty blushes in Bora Bora and Turks & Caicos. They are a little less creamy than I expected but I’m a fan. Thanks!

For lashes, something I think is underrated is primer. I really like the tarte one. It helps with fluffiness, IMO. It sort of separates the lashes before putting mascara on, and it doesn’t allow the mascara to stick the lashes together into Lisa Simpson hair clumps.
tbh if the butter bronzer came in slim cardboard packaging i would use it all the time but i hate how bulky the packaging is so i just never reach for it
"Guava..." I love this soft auburn makeup look! And I feel you on the hollow under eye-ness. Without concealer on my eyes look so deep underneath that I look like I just learned the Eldritch Truth lol.

Honestly I hate tik tok because all of these products were available but now no one can find these items anywhere! I got the sky high mascara about a month and a half ago and wanted to get the washable version but I can’t even find it in stores now😒 So annoying! But your video is great as always😍

Amanda, might you be able to say something on your video on skin tints about how they might compare to MAC F&B? I really want to hear your thoughts on these new products, but I’d also want to know if they something different than the OG, I guess.
I have SUCH bad under eye circles, I always would try to explain to people about how it always looks off when I try to cover it up.. so I get your pickiness with concealer! I’m just so happy I can find a beauty guru that can relate!!
I had the same issue until I started color correcting. This is a GAME CHANGER let me tell you.
Fyi: My under eyes are purple so I dab a little bit of a yellow corrector (I use a NYX cream color correct pallete) under my eyes then set lightly with a powder and use A LITTLE bit of a concealer with a rather yellow undertone on top.
If your under eyes are blue try the same but with a peachy shade instead of yellow :)

I apply two coats of the Sky High with the wand and then brush through with a clean spoolie and it makes it whispy/fluffy
I use elf camo concealer and I also have hollowness under my eyes.It does conceal my hollowness completely.
You have to try the elf gel highlighter. Yes, it is beautiful!!!

The NYX shine loud lipsticks really sound like the good ol' Covergirl Outlast lipsticks 👀 and yes please do a video on covering underwear hollow-ness 😭 I just bought the Becca undereye corrector to hopefully help with that
Just wanted to thank you for your suggestion on Ulta Beauty MATTE CREAM EYE SHADOW. Went out out purchased as per your suggestion & it's amazing. Bought the (THROWBACK) color. Creams are the way to go for my mature eyes & new to this area.

Revlon has had these lipsticks for years and they are great! I love that the revlon ones offer some shades that are more sheer too!

Revlon colorstay overtime lipstick. It looks very similar to NYX shine loud with a clear gloss end and a lipstick end. It comes in a box though

I love the WnW Tinted Hydrator, I can't believe it's 5 bucks. It's so good. Also love the Elf Putty Blush! It's great for oily skin and dries down

How would you compare the Kaja shimmers to Hourglass Scattered Light? I know they’re both made in Korea; idk why they give me similar effortless vibes.

Hi Amanda , i just love your detailed reviews . Here is a bronzer you might like No 7 match made bronzer in Golden Sands . It is my Holy Grail . I love the butter but this one is easy to blend and you can build it up .

You don’t wanna move your lips or touch them while they are drying! I found it works best when I do that and then put the gloss on top.

I like a drier formula mascara too! I almost never like a brand new mascara. To dry it out i like to fan the applicator a bit before applying the mascara. If it dries too much and becomes clumpy, i will wipe it with a tissue.

I've seen in videos if you are trying to create the illusion of filling in the hollow is you would place the concealer underneath the eye and bring it down right below the hollow and then blend it out, I hope that makes sense.
The NYX lip is a great dupe for the Chanel duo ultra tenue liquid. Honestly they feel the exact same to me.
Love the butter bronzer esp the SMELL!!! And that mascara, wow love it!! I hope it’s not waterproof bc I can’t stand waterproof, I have naturally long lashes so I can imagine how much longer they will get . Tfs

I am definitely going to check out your concealer link. I, too, have dry skin and hollow eyes. I have been using the elf hydrating concealer for a couple of months now and I don't hate it, but it doesn't cover everything. It does a pretty decent job for 6 bucks I have to say, though.

There is a new physicians formula bronzer. It just doesn't have the shimmer or sheen that the other ones have.
This lipstick is not for makeup wearers like me (and probably most viewers of this channel), who want a more natural or understated look. I remember my coworker trying to talk me into buying lipsense from their friend, and I was like ugh no thanks I do not want that dry lip situation! The coworker didn’t understand where I was coming from with my sheer nude gloss/balm either. They want something brightly colored that will stay on all day. I want lips that look and feel like healthy, pretty lips, and I will reapply it 100 times if I have to. 💄Also that is not new technology. We had lipsticks like that in the 90s or very early 2000s. Chanel had one, and there were drugstore brands as well. My mom used it. Very uncomfortable.
There is a new Butter Bronzer out with a matte formula and more of a floral smell that I see a lot of people have been using.

I think I’m the only person who doesn’t like that phys formula bronzer-in daylight it’s too sparkly on me. I chipped out the product and gave the empty package to my daughter-it works well as a kids’ toy! ❤️

I heard a few you tubers have gotten the Kaya shadows for $4 at TJ Maxx. I wish.. I not that lucky. You eyes look super creamy and wet. Love the color also. Ross screaming was a laugh! I am sure you heard it plenty.😂

How come my shimmer shade in the glowing guava trio looks like a dark purple shimmer :( I can't put it in the center of my eye because it seems to close it (and kind of make me look punched). I can't get that shade to work for me 😭

Hi, hollow eyes here. Does your concealer video specifically say which ones you say you know are good for hollows? I feel like I watched it and don't remember that.
My top favorites from the video all are the concealers that really 'conceal' the hollowness- I'd be willing to do another dedicated video if y'all don't find it redundant!
I really dont like those dimethacone-y thick creamy shimmers/metallic shades. Thats why i prefer older shadow formulas or asian cosmetics cuz the texture is usually lighter/thinner

I personally didn’t like the hydrating camo concealer 😭 it’s too dewy/moveable/light coverage. It bunches up on me on my under eyes prob bc it’s a more dewy formula lol and I get finger prints or even brush/sponge strokes :(
i'm sorry you didn't like it! i find this comment so interesting because I've noticed it has super concentrated coverage so you can't use a lot without those brush strokes, and that it's not really dewy, it's like a semi matte on me (dry skin though!). i wear a couple dots and it covers my entire face, I don't set it since it sets down and is relatively matte. wild how different diff experiences are!!

Also, is it just me or this hydrating camo concealer reminds me of elfs other conceal from back in the day that was like 1 or 2$? It was in a smaller packaging white top/clear bottle. It smells like it too lol reminds me of it
Butter bronzer is great...except if you don't like vanilla or coconut smelling stuff, stay away!!!! It lingers a long time. I couldn't handle it on my face.
