NEXAT combines all work steps that previously required a wide variety of agricultural machines in a single system.
The focus is on a high-performance, wide-range exchange carrier vehicle that takes care of soil preparation, seeding, plant protection and harvesting with coupled modules from well-known cooperating partners. A module can be changed by one person in less than 10 minutes and is expected to be fully automated in the near future.

NEXAT is electric. Currently, the generators are powered by two independently controllable 550 hp diesel engines, but the system is already prepared to operate with a fuel cell with green hydrogen. With the integration of the modules, each piece of equipment becomes a self-propelled vehicle, with the weight being transferred optimally to the transport vehicle. This allows work equipment to be guided with much more precision and less slippage, significantly reducing fuel consumption and CO 2 emissions.

NEXAT combines and optimizes all process steps in factory production. With the NEXCO harvesting module, yield can be increased by more than 50% compared to a traditional large harvester. The even distribution of straw is also unmatched, eliminating the need for additional processing steps and allowing Controlled Traffic Agriculture (CTF) to be carried out year round. Depending on the NEXAT configuration, fields are processed over a width of 6 to 24 meters using the Wide Span Controlled Traffic method. As a result of the system, 95% of all arable land is never turned over, which means a high level of protection for the soil and the environment.

Там какая-то мега схема, вроде бы то ли он складывается, то ли разворачивает кабину и гусеницы, тем самым делая бок передом.
Но он в минимальном виде по дороге спокойно едет..

(20 times more) we want a combine that does not waste time unloading at the ends and we do not need a tractor that wastes 1100 HP to plant 45 feet, for that we have what already exists with 600 hp that plants 100 feet. So closed minded, can you show me your combine that detaches it’s head and then turns around and begins seeding, ploughing and then Changes back to a harvester ? I didn’t think so! If you take the cost of a harvestor, a 8000 model deer or Steiger tractor and all the different implements and total there value up and the cost of running them , Finance, repairs for different models of engines, drivetrains and so fourth you add up a large some of money spread across multiple machines that this machine can do by itself, but if you would rather spend half a million $ per machine cause that’s all you know, to afraid of change, the only thing I do agree on is the maintenance side, if this machine isn’t an easy fix then it’s no good! But Deere also have no repair mandates for you guys, and here in Australia there equipment is over priced bags of shit cause they are specced like an American machine. Just keep your head out of the sand and open to future ideas
@@Signaturegen2 it's interesting as a concept, but I see this machine and I think in the camera or speaker modules, or even docking stations of some LG or Motorola cellphones. Very nice, the phone breaks or you change it for a newer model, and the modules can't be used. Unless different companies create a standard connection system, I don't think it's practical.
I agree with you in some topic, but the CTF is important to decrease the compaction. CTF is working well with conventinal farming equipment as well. It fit for 30',40' and maybe 60' on the future. My problem with Nexat concept is the farm machinery organization/ management. Lot of farms use different type of crop rotaion. At the same time lot of different machine work different type of job. Examples: tillage-planting-spraying, harvest-tillage-seeding. In this case you need a lot of Nexat machines and the adapters wich are very expensive instead of a tractors with cheeper and effective implements. The present system works well because it universal and developed at the last 100 years. Only that machine developed from trailed to self propeld wich has enough working hours at one season example combines and sprayers. For another implement/job you need more universal solution.

@@c0dy42 It's a collaboration project. They have 9 software engineers in Germany and 4 in Ukraine developing software for the system.

@@vasylmedyna5512 у нас еще и разрабатывать выгодно. Только на западе это еще не все поняли да и война не способствует пониманию. 5% налогов по третьей группе в Европе даже во сне присниться не может.
