My trouble with getting out of the fear zone is I hate when I get people to fly in my fleet and I lead them into losing their ships. I try and replace what i can but its disheartening. I keep trying though.

I get this - i suffer from this too. people acknowledge by undocking that ship is already "lost" - keep the faith! Ding me if you ever need any help! EVE needs content creators!
