    Why vacuum build up before turbine rolling, we can build up after rolling ( by removing interlock to rolling) , means before synchronize?

      Dear vacuum is created due to easily flow of steam inside turbine so proper work done achieved, if you haven't maintain vacuum it means accumulation of non condensing gas increases Which pressurised the turbine casing which ultimately damage the turbine, so never try to do bypass.

      During rolling time whole energy is not extracted from steam so large amount of heat exchanged in condenser so formation of non condensing gas is more during this period and if vacuum is not available means whole condensing pressure is on atmospheric pressure, so atmospheric pressure + excess non condensing gas increases very high pressure and we know the effect of excessive casing pressure.

    Was there two air line comes from condenser, one is for hogger and another for ejector ?
    I can't understand it, if hogger 1st taken in line with opening of air valve which connected with condenser, after isolate the hogger how air/ non condensible gas comes from condenser.
    I mean say there was two different line or one line.
    Plz clear it.

      At that position must check PRDS steam parameters should be healthy, gland sealing pressure should be in desired range, if all parameters in healthy conditions then vacuum should sustained by ejector.

    In Ejector Condenser ,Condensate return to the Hot well ,it's okay.But sir ,In Ejector Condenser , Uncondensed Vapour where will be go, in atm or insid Ejector Condenser continue circulate hote rahega.

      The whole kinetic energy of steam is not utilised during turbine rolling, so due to accumulation of these energy gradually increase of temperature and if synchronisation done then proper utilisation of kinetic energy by turbine, so this temperature start decreasing, I'll make seperate video on this topic.

      Non Condansable means these gas can't condense so it may vent through ejector condenser vent.
