Do these have powder clogging up issuee like the cheaper chinese versions?
no showven products have a dmx and ir remote clear the powder function the hopper with the powder stays closed this clears the upper chamber if this is done after every use you won't have any issue with clogging

As much as I love these, where I work, we have had 5 of these Sparkular Minis just randomly break on us. We once sent 3 back and they said one was written off and used to fix the remaining two. They just have that many issues. Maybe its selective and only happens now and then, but we are getting quite annoyed with the reliability of these. :/
Are you using the cleaning function after each use to empty the remaining powder? You can’t leave the powder in it or it will clump and make it unusable the next time you go to use it
Yes, we take every precaution to ensure that we keep them looked after.

I was just about to order 8 of these because I heard they are the most reliable brand. We have 12 of the Both Lighting and they have given us nothing but issues. I think I only have like 5 working. How has Showven been with taking care of your issues? Do you send them back or do they send you parts and you have to fix the unit yourself?
Machine is good but spark can do some changes. Color full sparks, color changing sparks red, pink, velvet golden, blue, green✌️👍👌

they're not the same showven invented this effect and their quality control is excellent we've been dealing with showven for 3 1/2 years and we are very pleased with the quality and service

So much hassle!
There are a few competing brands that work just as well as if not better than showven. Please stop spreading the rumor that showven are the best. They're not. It's a horrible tactic to keep out other company's that decided to use a different product.
What other brands do you find better? What makes them better?
The needing a card and their own brand powder is bull. Will never buy this brands equipment.
