This video was exact and was similar to my experience as well when I used French Bee during the first quarter 2022. The plane was new, clean, staff super nice, food okay, drinks free, and plane not fully booked. I bought the air ticket on a whim from an alert through Scott’s Cheap Deals (now, #Going) at a great price. Difference with my experience in Jan 2022, a few weeks before departure French Bee changed their flight schedule to only flying on certain days (they reached out to me). Panic set in because I had to rearrange resort dates (it worked out).Thank goodness my flight from LAX to SFO was changeable.😊

We are going back-and-forth on whether we wanted to do the Paul Gaugin Cruise for 14 days for $25,000 not including airfare or just go and stay at a air B&B in Moorea and Bora Bora one week each island

2 questions- 1) what brand (or where did you get) your backpack & neck pillow? And 2) is the weight of the purse + the carryon backpack must not exceed 26lbs added together or is it 26 lbs for the carry on & 6-8 lbs for the purse (personal)? thank you! Great review! Gonna use French bee for LAX-Orly but trying to carry on bc connecting to NICE!
Our backpack is baboon to the moon and the neck pillow is here shopcosycollection.com/chewstoexplore. From our experience they didnt weigh the personal item they just saw it on us and let us go through. Even our bookbags they did not weigh. We just showed them it on our backs and went to the gate
Thanks for this video. I'm flying then to Paris from NY and am worried because their website says they do no accept backpacks as Carry on. I did see that since September 2023 they have TSA pre check. I'm going to try and call them to see if i can get it added to my existing flight
Hello! French Bee has recently updated their baggage policies. My basic fare only allows me a “personal item” or as you stated in the video “accessory bag.” I take it that a packed backpack will be too big such as the one you showed? I will be traveling for two weeks and was hoping my backpack would pass as a personal item but maybe not. I also was thinking most times they never check to see if your bag is within the rules especially if you haven’t checked anything. What do suggest ?
Actually I believe my item was considered a personal item as well. The one that I showed because it was on my back had no problems with french bee or any other airline ive used in the united states except for frontier airlines

Yes it is an a la carte airline. You pay for all the things you want. You can save a lot by not choosing any of it
If you plan right French Bee can still be very cheap. We took our whole family to Paris for super cheap with them.
