Lol I know this is like a CARDINAL SIN and Taboo AF but it actually looks sick. If you, for a second stop associating vertical doors with Lamborghini and just appreciate the design of exactly what you're looking at without taking into account cultural pressures, it looks sick AF.
But to each their own. I know some of y'all elitists big mad 🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️. AND that's totally fine. Art is subjective!
The only reason I WOULD NOT do this is because Genesis Coupe doors are super heavy and I'm not really big into super expensive party tricks. I'd rather my car BE fast and look slow than look fast and be slow. Actually there are several reasons I wouldn't do it to my personal Genesis but objectively I think it looks sick
Love the response dude. If you take a step back from the culture pressure and negative associations, it actually looks good. I’ll be the first to admit, when he said he wanted to do it I wasn’t for it. But after it’s all said and done, I think it complements the car well. Would I do it myself, probably not. But again it’s all subjective🙌

If you were building a need for speed car and the genesis was the platform you had in your garage, and you COULD build it however you wanted, 99.99999% of people would put vertical doors on it in game because it looks sick AF.... But then want to turn around trash someone who had the confidence to do it in real life???? That doesn't make sense.
If you GENUINELY don't like the style artistically that's one thing but this talk about "Lamborghini doors don't belong on _____" just doesn't make sense to me. Scissor doors are sporty and visually fit quite well with the design of countless non Lamborghini sports cars...exotic or not.
