A lot of the times the TV production companies have contracts with movie studios and if any of their talent have projects, they're contracted to have to go on these talk shows. So the actors have it in their contracts when they accept the job they must promote it, and the movie studio has a contract with the TV production company to have them come on. Anyway, they're not friends. They just don't decide to come on, it's work, and they had no chemistry here. Rosie looks like she finds him difficult behind the scenes. When asked about the other friends, he gave a fake answer that they all get along.
