TANGO PLAYING SCRAP MECHANIC? YES!!! I love this game such an inordinate amount, in fact literally today I made a 16-cell VLS missile system (no, the missiles are not guided 😂) Me and some friends have a world that we have really loved and spent time on, and I have to say it’s probably my favourite game, despite the bugs and lack of content or gameplay at all EDIT: After watching the rest of the stream I'll try to answer some of the questions Tango was asking, in the hope he sees this (without giving any spoilers ;D) 1 - The Shooty robots don't shoot potatoes, they shoot rolls of Packing Tape and are called Tapebots, they reside in the WAREHOUSES which have 2-4 floors and on the top floor there are chests with VERY valuable items for you to loot. There is also another variant of the Tapebot which will give you a very... energetic welcome... 2 - Metal from rocks. Yes, when you mine rocks you get two types of beam things, the grey ones are stone and the silvery ones are Metal 1. In addition, the thick trees that are too big for the sledgehammer can be chopped with the sawblade on a bearing (like the drill) to get Wood 1 (as opposed to scrap wood) I also recommend exploring the roads a bit more, as you'll find some very important buildings and locations where you can use your crops to get tools and items which you'll VERY much enjoy having.... I doubt you'll see this Tango but if you do, I hop it helps and I'll try to catch the stream next time to offer help!
Crashlander is a mod for survival that addresses some of the biggest complaints with the base game. It’s not perfect, but it’s pretty good if you get bored of the main game.
Found you because of Impulse, now bingewatching the YT VOD's. Hope I'll be shouting at my screen less with you than I was with Impulse, but if not, that's fine too.
I do miss the Friday night DERP streams. Doesn't have to be Friday, Does not have to be DERP, only Impulse and Tango, invite people I remember some epic challenges, it was great.
