The pain can be a fuel to this power.
But power alone is not enough to live happy and good. And too much power can get you mad and easily out of your mind.
Being able to be a good person and find what you need within yourself, will make you greater.
In the end, by looking into yourself and accepting what it is, and the tragedy you're living, you'll even find God in your existence, and eventually the purpose He puts in your individual being.
As David said once: "It's always there."
So yeah, today power is so much worshipped but it is not what you have to really seek in the first place.
It will be a consequence of your actions.

I'm not talking about his accomplishments. Ofcourse its beyond words what this man has created. But I'm more thinking that he is still doing the same thing as eating cookies. Just turned to the other side and amplified into extremes. Still about him 'fighting' the mind. Your still in that rat race. But once you zoom out of that.. you'll see theres nothing to fight. Everything simply is. You can even enjoy waves of jalousy and pain rushing through your body. You'll reach a point where the mind is not a threat. It simply is. If you are in a state of personhood, you have so much to fight and deal with. When you step into the realm of god. (In a spiritual sense, not religious.) Theres nothing to fix.
@The-Power-Of-Being idk about striking a nerve. Just saying what it is. I've had to rebuild, find, temper myself alone. Honestly easier that way. Nothing sad about it imo. But it is sad that he has this mentality so focused on suffering and the way that things HAVE to be shitty. That is his path I guess. The one he chose, or believes in, the one that works for him. He says he is super lazy, and I guess that is why it has to suck. I'm pretty productive. I enjoy hard work. At my best, even doing the most difficult things, I cannot stop finding joy and beauty in those things. Translating to it not sucking or being miserable in the least. Uncomfortable sometimes? Sure. Pushing your boundaries is uncomfortable. But I see no reason to have such a negative perception or mentality of it. But like I said, his path is not mine. I have no room to judge or say what is right or wrong for him or anyone.

When you don’t have parents who are supposed to be a child’s everything , this is what you learn to do first be alone. Some people are afraid of being alone but growing up like that is different. Makes you think different .

I thought he acts tough and does motivation shit....but after reading his book...his life and his problems and how he overcame them....his father was not with him...nor his mother..coz she was having a lot herself and he understood her...and he got divorced twice with same girl...failed seal written test twice and failed physical test twice and everytime he came stronger and he later got into marathons and he is really a tough guy and he is not all gag...but for real we can't relate to the life he faced....

Chess is a hobby I have....my father showed me the moves and game one time. He had no time or motivation to train me.
I picked up one chess book at the age of 12
When I play the game i can feel my brain activity.
Also I have practiced to keep my anger at a minimum when I lose the game.

I was rejected so much and made fun of so much because I was obese I started before I knew about goggins just training every day just getting away from being obese and now because I can bulk and cut with ease when I say I’m getting skinnier for the spring summer the women that would reject me in a heartbeat say I don’t need to lose weight I look good i still have just barely some fat hanging on from being obese and I’ll show them pictures of my abdomen now they say I look good if I tell women I’m a nerd they say I’m just very knowledgeable I show them through words how nerdy I am they switch up conversations even my yearly check up with my doctor the nurses used to not be flirty with me now they r and try to get me to stop by I said I work all the time they said u can take a day off they wanted me back in there I said no I’ll come back next year for my yearly they slammed the window they get mad for being obese most my life being in a fit body is way different I see what skinny privilege is now 4 years doing different diets and bulking and cutting

To me this video reveals the dilemma of Mr Goggins. He has achieved a very high level of his personal goal, mental strength. But, I think he starts to realize he doesn’t know anymore what he is suffering for. His initial goals are reached and fulfilled, so whatever he does, it might have become an end in itself. An escape impossible.
Just goes to show , anything habitual, good or bad is harmful when done too hard for too long. Long story short yall do what YOU like/ love. We all gotta di3 one day

We all love David but seeing the way majority of pple respind to his life story tells me maybe most of this country had it easy? 10. Jesus and other prophets of the Bible fasted up to 40 days (see Exodus 34:28, Daniel 10:2-6. 1Kings 19:8, and Matthew 4:1-Muslims do so also during the month of Ramadan. Muslims are required to fast the full obligatory 30 days (Qur’an 2:183)

12. Jesus spoke Aramaic and called God ”Elah”, which is pronounced the same as “Allah”. Aramaic is an ancient Biblical language.
