I absolutely need this. I have need of this so much with shoulders, knees hips, and have had two back surgeries and need right knee total replacement and already had left one done, for bone on bone and hips too, in time. I am 70 yrs old.
Used to dance and taught exercise to residents in an adult home ( for seniors) now have pain so much, it is hard. Some times harder than others. This will not be as bad as the dancing on my joints. If these surgeries keep up I will be made of only Titanium and I am not saying it to be funny at all as know it is terrible.
    Thank you!

It's interesting to see how tai chi helps people because it seems too easy-to-use. One needs to learn the history and more information to appreciate the great use and benefits.

  • @drpaullamtaichiproductions

We are all different; Dr Lam strongly recommends you consult your health professional before embarking upon any exercise with a medical condition. It is impossible for a doctor to make a sound diagnosis and recommend treatment without seeing a patient face to face. Dr Lam would be prepared to supply information to your health professional on request.
Dr Lam recommends you start with one of my Tai Chi for Health programs after approval from your health professional.
All Tai Chi for Health programs including Tai Chi for Arthritis, Diabetes, Beginners and Rehabilitation are created for people with varying condition by Dr Lam together with medical and tai chi experts of the respective field. They are gentle, safe and easy-to-learn. Arthritis Foundation, Diabetes Australia and Osteoporosis Australia, and many health departments and organisations around the world supported the Tai Chi for Health programs.
In USA, the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (www.CDC.gov) has recommended Tai Chi for Arthritis for fall prevention. These programs have been shown by medical studies to be effective and safe. Almost all people with most conditions are can learn and benefit from the programs. Dr Lam recommends learning from Tai Chi for Health Institute Board Certified instructors, are listed on the Tai Chi for Health Institute website www.taichiforhealthinstitute.org. You can find more information Ask Dr Lam, and get at free lessons here.
The best wishes and positive energy for your health and wellness from Dr Lam.

Glad I finally found this, used to be that you had to pay big 💰 for this sort of thing, but my current social security issues make that nearly impossible to do. I am 46 with Relapsing Polychondritis, I don't like to tell it usually but will here only because figure it might explain my situation better & someone can tell me if this is helpful for my circumstance. I'm at point where I've had a shoulder replacement years ago, but refuse to have my hip, knees, or other shoulder replaced too. I've got 11 completely deteriorated discs in spine, and only have cartilage left in left hip & left elbow, and condition is now attacking my trachea, floating ribs, sternum, nose, and inner & outer structure of ears. Yay 😂
But I need something that I can do so that I don't give up, and let atrophy set in with it's living death... I probably won't win the fight, just want to fight it for as long as I possibly can as well.

The slow movements build a lot of strength, so I do believe that it would be wonderful for young people to learn.
