Well for me, I used to fry the pepperoni on the sides of the dough while cooking. So the excess oil from pepperoni comes out and . geez! Love the smell. Toasted and crunchy . And then I put it on the top! Delicioso!

Helpful! We just got given one of these and used it to make 10 portions of chilli! Interesting pancake tho, looks like the heat is in a ring shape so not ideal for pancake

slice it , then give 5 minutes in air fryer at 200 c
