Have they design bathrooms for these yet too..? Would be nice for to use this even for Camping trips too...
Diferent background music please.
Most interesting
All of them are great ideas except the Breezeway home that costs $500,000
@@georgevavoulis4758 A little pricey for you???? Me too!!!!
There's a hurricane coming! Pack up the house ... The remote control one is my pick for ease of assembly etc. Of course you've got to have a Murphy bed and folding furniture to fit inside too. Tenfold ! WOW!
Something for the Snow Birds!!!!
I actually feel Blessed to be Alive in such a creative time in Human history. I loved every single one of these but thought your number#1 pick was mine as well. me and my Wife could live comfortable in this beautiful Home and the fact its completely automated is Perfect. and all you need is a semitruck to transport is Fantastic.
I love the ideas I'm seeing in tiny, or prefab homes. What I don't see enough of, is communities where these are welcomed and supported--without incurring monthly lot rents. The dream is home ownership, without lifelong debt. I'd love to see a community of innovative homes, sharing amenities, connected to power, water, and sewer as desired.
Well #3 @$545,000 yeah definitely NOT for middle class income.. it's a guesthouse pool home for the rich S
While all had some interesting features, the A-frame was the one that I would prefer. I like the option of permanent installation, the fact that you can customize the size, the large amount of roof area to facilitate solar panels, and the fact that the upstairs bedrooms have balconies.
WOW! I never in my wildest imagination could believe I would see FOLDING HOMES. THE HOMES ARE BEAUTIFUL. We truly are living in extraordinary times in so many ways.
Definitely #2.Those can be used for emergency shelter, during disaster situation, and transported easier than most. With Grey Water systems, and solar, these are perfect for short term.I'm sure they've a system to tap into trailer/RV parks, and septic in general.I'd like one as a portable cottage.
From flinstones to these homes. We went so far and a lot more to go.
#5. Simple and opens in 5 minutes. Perfect.
Being disabled and in a wheelchair, I would love to see one of these homes dedicated to the disabled. Such as raising and lowering upper cabinets in the kitchen. Easy access to sinks. Folding ramps for entrances.
And I would love to have wings.
The last model, as it opens itself, and levels on uneven ground. Wow
Number 1 is beautiful and so versatile I also love the A frame. I plan on living I d a off grid community. I wouldn't so no ro any of them though....an add olulutely brilliant. Thank you!
The MADI is my favorite as far as what I can afford but I LOVE the BreezeHouse too. Such cool innovation going on out there! Thanks for sharing.
I love some of these. I’d want one for snowbird living where there is room enough to put some furnishings in it when folded. This would be perfect in an area where there are hurricanes. Drive some helical anchors and fold it up for the hurricane season when not there then in November open it up for winter to live in.
We need some homes like this in Evansville, Indiana
There is a severe shortage of single family and senior homes. Most of what is being built is apartments and commercial property
Thanks for sharing.
Number 1 is my favourite because it can be mounted with a remote control and it takes a short time to mount it. Brilliant!!
What an awesome innovation to housing. Impressive!!. The A frame is our favorite. Easy to set up, roomy and easy enough to relocate if necessary. All the styles are kick ass. Hats off to all the engineers that designed them. We will be checking more into pricing, and cost to the city. If its self sufficient
No reason to deal with the. City except a permit maybe.
Love these buildings. Looking for something under $100k with all additions. Love the fact that they can all be moved.
Looks like the ideas came from space stations! Like the ones they set up in space! Fabulous!
I watched this video again, I forgot how great it was!!!! It was one of your best!! I am sure I will watch it again!!!!!!
*The last one - Number one is the only practical and non-ugly looking foldable, portable house I could imagine living in. All one would need is a decent piece of land to setup on.*
Really liked the 4th one. Seemed stronger than the others. Would really enjoy seeing a folding dome. Thanks for your innovation!
My favorite home is the A-frame. The idea of having movable buildings, and quick set up is so smart.
Number 1 for sure. It’s interesting, adaptable, can go anywhere, fast and easy. Wow!
Interesting designs .........a portable permanent A-frame home. Cool.
A frame if had a balony/deck
I love them all! Especially the last one!!! The least liked was the largest one at a price of $500k.
I have watched this video so many times, just can not watch it enough!!!!!!
#1. And #3 are my favorites they are a larger home plan so that a person or family could spend quality time inside and enjoy the plans openness to feel not too closed in. the windows and skylights would add to the open feeling of the home. Thanks for this view of some homes that are portable in a sense.
Ten fold was awesome. I'd like to see something like that, or a combination of that and the guy that has his open source compiled together so that people can craft their own Adobe homes.
Amazing engineering work... TENFOLD ENGINEERING & TRI-TAINER interests me the most
Number One is the most inspiring and versatlle. Thanks for posting!
WOW!!! These homes are so AMAZING...I would LOVE to transform my traditional home into a folding home of the FUTURE!
Thank you so much for sharing
Luv U
Loved #3 and of course #1. Great to set up in a large acre-secluded property, like a cottage. 🙏🏼
#3 was a little pricey at more than 500K...
Wow, I'd live in any of those houses 👌🏻
A frame, love the timeless design, space utilization. Plus also love #1.
WOW!!!! FOLDING HOMES! WHAT A CONCEPT. THEY SEEM TO BE CHEAPER THAN HOMES HERE IN CALIFORNIA, AND THEY ARE FULLY EQUIPPED. THANKS FOR SHARING. MY FAVORITES WE NO. 7, 5, 1. THEIR DESIGNS WERE PLEASING TO THE EYE AND WATCHING THEM FOLD DOWN FOR TRANSPORT SEEM EASIER THAN THE OTHERS.
That A frame is super awesome and these Homes are so convenient! Being the partner of an ironworker that travels, this seems like a dream come true!
That is a awesome video I didn't even think it was possible to get a home that would fold up into a shipping container
I've always loved the Blu Homes, but your #1 is making me rethink my choice!!!
The 2nd last design is awesome! Automated and cutting down costs. Also very smart with uneven ground level.
Hello I'm Korean middle school studemt. So I can write wrong words. I am sorry. Top.1 house is amazing!! You are very smart. I want to grow up just like you!! You are my king👑. Now Korean time is night. But your time is afternoon. So I will say "Good afternoon.".
Awesome!!! love the channel keep up the good vids. thanks for the great content
Loved the video1 MADI and Ten fold our my faves!!!! Looking forward to the day when I will be getting one!
Ebs Block and the MA Di are definitely intriguing and mostly affordable which is my first priority! I also love that the MADi is modular.
Wow they were all so nice. My favorite was the #1.
I THINK I LIKE #1.IT LOOKS SO EASY FOR SETTING UP. THANKS
Wow! So many great options that it is pretty hard to keep your request short. Under 50K and hopefully over a foundation. Great research.
ten fold engineering is the one for me, very exciting and so versatile.. great for a nomad like me..!
Ten fold is very cool engineering!
WOW! Wonderful Designs!
Ingenious, practical, mobile, and can be affordable... Wow!
I like number 3. Love it actually. I could totally see myself in that
I really like the automated deployable modules.
I like that you gave sq. footage and price information. Thanks
They are all very nice models, but number one is the best. Thank you for sharing.
Fabulous! I have been interested in Container Homes for a long time and this adds one more dimension to their convenience and price point!
The TenFold and the EBS-Block are the most intriguing of the group, just curious as to what options or expansion possibilities you have. The Blu Home "Breeze House", is basically a Modular home, that fits the timeframe, but I'm guessing the price is definitely directed more for Northern Cali. That price is pretty ridiculous.
Southern california
@@septemberamyx They did say in the video: 'Northern California'' FYI.
Would love to invest in the 10 fold houses because they look so spacious and eco friendly
Yours is among the top sites that I frequently watch. Thank you.
#1 is, of course, my first choice. All inclusive furniture and appliances are a big plus!!
My second choice is quite similar, smaller, and possibly more budget friendly - #5 - the EBS Block folding home...
Both of these wonders of innovation make amazing use of technology and, with the EBS house, also could find a use for shipping containers!! One of THE largest “throw away” items in the world!!!
#3 was pretty cool
Since the energy demands of our buildings is actually greater than our transportation system I think these designs give short shift to reducing our energy demands. Most of these designs would be suitable for only a perfect climate. With walls and ceilings that have minimal if any thermal insulation you would have to heat and cool these structures much more than a building with a well insulated wall and roof system. This looks good on the surface but we should look at not just form but function.
Exactly. Most jurisdictions would not allow structures w/ so much glass area. The energy codes restrict
energy flow through the building's skin.
JD AIA-E
Love all of them. If I could afford the Blue Homes breezeway, that would be my pick!
However, I love the Ten Fold as well!
Da gusto ver ingenios consevidos para múltiples propósitos enfocados en el bienestar humano, desde la república Bolivariana de Venezuela un fuerte abrazo y mis mas sinceras felicitaciones...Gracias
Absolutely *_love_* that A-frame. The Breezehome was gorgeous, but far too pricey compared to all the rest.
Number 1 would be my choice to live in. But these are all pretty amazing
I'm humbled to see these types of homes. EBS Block and The Tri-Tainer should already be on the market for the homeless, below poverty level and single low income dwelling. Offered especially to the elderly and disabled. Housing based on income. True affordable housing for those less fortunate. The Ten Fold Homes could easily be a small town center or a multi family unit. With the combination of the three you could easily have a small town technically up overnight. SUBSCRIBED BECAUSE OF THIS VIDEO.
The wing house ! I've always wished I could srink a design put it where I wanted and then proof made it bigger ..!! With all the earth changes these may be be very needed!!
Good video
3~1 WOW YES!
Number one is definitely my favorite! What a fantastic idea.
THANK YOU ☺️ it was interesting & fun to watch, not too slow & no commercials -AWESOME. 👍✅💚😎
I personally like #7 the wing house... Price is practical, unlike the breezehouse.
i can design and build a true palace for less than the breeze house ;-)
Ebs block would be amazing for retirement!
Love them all but love number 1 most ten folding home is so cool🙏👏👏
Awesome home designs! I particularly love the last one which looks fantastic and has such a large and stunning living area...
amazing stuff
Excellent. Number one is my favourite
#1 is the worst! #5 is the most "workable" for building a community (say, seniors, etc.), and #2 is best for FEMA situations...
Number one is my favorite
Gussy Rikh all were great I if you were to put one in Ontario on lot it could be show cased &you could start company in Canada
Love the breeze house. That is my favorite and I love your number 1 foldable home.
I agree the A frame sure looks cool wouldn't want it for my permanent home but would be lots of fun.
None of these would be allowed in most communities by zoning and public works regulations. They require foundations. I bet they are not UL tested and has some unknown to be found carcinogenic chemicals in them. Home Building Corp are powerful!
Wheelchair users would really benefit from these flexible choices and prices. Trying to find an apartment or house leaves a person living in sub standard housing or on the streets.
I always thought of myself as fairly inventive, but I never thought of this one. Love it!
Truly magnificent designs and concepts that fold out on their own hydraulics and are completely movable in such little time fantastic
I liked #1 the best. I have mobility limitations so I need something that is all on one floor. It would be nice if you had a brochure that showed all the different models and floor plans with pricing. Thanks for being so innovated. Such an interesting concept.
Totally agree, number 1 is the best, 10 minutes self deploy...
I love it
Loved #1! It looks amazing inside and the outside feature of artistic mechanical structure adding interest to the windows.
Excellent video. Great designs, and you did great video/camera work too. So many vids in this subject category move too fast and gloss over important features. I would like you to do a follow up on this subject with pricing and homeowners experiences. My CHOICE = # 1 = most helpful for me. Thank you, ...
mobile homes at a new level
Awesome video Minds Eye Design
I like #5 and #2 these are ingenious concept homes! I like the affordability and sustainability. The fact that I could owñ a home in a shorter time and have the home I love to move with me if necessary is a dream come true.
Number one is my favorite because of its overall designe and no foundation required !
Gee, all this innovation...the homeless or displaced from floods, tornadoes etc. could really benefit from these awesome structures.
Everyone deserves a place that can provide basic shelter.
Love all these ideas. I hope the companies in the video are surviving the pandemic. If I had land, I would definitely consider one of these options. It just makes sense. As I have explored tiny homes, I found a concrete house in Argentina that had the floor design of a shotgun house but with incredible storage. The important aspect was a downstairs bedroom. There is a loft too with storage under the stairs. The issue I have with the video is there is not much dedicated to the actual floor plan. However the concept is what is important.
I love the last two I need one of these homes for my retirement home. Great video.
Liked the last ones with the legs holding the house up and the truck leaving it behind that was interesting, like there’s different variations of this house every thing on one level too, it helps out in the long run no more climbing up stairs. It’s just nice to walk around on the same floor everything is there at your deposal and can be folded up and transported to another location.
i like the breeze way but, i was looking for one that i could pull with a bicycle.
NIIICCCEEEEE
The M.A.Di is exactly what I have been looking for!
I love them all, and would want to place an order for one in future. Great job!
