You need to chop up the first 4 bars of the sample & switch them in the way you did the last four too. Other than that, pretty solid remake
I remember that sample in the intro for “No Regrets” by Nipsey Hussle. I didn’t know the sample was also used in a song with mick jenkins, and in sdp interlude. Wow
This samples been used a lot. The original track is amazing so I guess it makes sense many want to use it.

Bro, am I the only one realizing the sample is wrongly placed? First halv must be moved to the second half of the sample, the chords are all in the wrong order and the bassline is not working with the sample for because of that. It is so obvious to me I can't understand how no one realizes this?
Just like you cut the sample in the second half of the sample, you should cut the other half as well, so the chords line up.
And the flanger isn't accurate as well, I do like the videos you make but I'm a perfectionist.

@@CyberTommyTMchannel No the 808 would be right if he chopped the sample progression right. I am 100% sure of this. I have good ears and have been remaking/making and producing beats for 7 years. I was also stuck to my MTV screen listening to music throughout my whole childhood.

Logic has the best stock plugins of any DAW. I find myself using stock ones more and more over third party plugins

I did the remake as well just recently although the difference comes in the samole chopping, mine is a wee bit more accurate when it comes to the chops but the effects on the chops are not that accurate to the original compared to yours. Nonetheless I'm still loving this one, I learned something new as well from the video like always❤❤❤

On the original track there’s a weird cutting mistake in the intro, the filtered reverbed intro part doesn’t perfectly loop into the part with the bass, but is cut short for like half a second

what in the name of god I just remade this last night...
Animatied ambition isnt a sample its the entire first part of the intrumental
good remake but you messed up the sample, the first half is supposed to be switched with the second half of the sample, the chord progression doesn't fit.

the downsampling on the 808 is wayyy to intense, otherwise great remake
bro it would be really helpful if you explained every step instead of randomly doing things. For example, when you delete the tempo markers, you don’t show how you deleted or why you deleted them, you just did it and now i’m confused lol
That’s good point. I realize that in editing. For the tempo markers I needed to delete all of them to change the session tempo. Otherwise I’d need to change each of of them to the new tempo.
