This house tour of an open living home amidst Kerala's green paddy fields was absolutely mesmerizing! The blend of modern architecture with the natural beauty of the surroundings is breathtaking. Great house but good luck getting people to maintain the house in Kerala. Getting labour in that state is one big headache.
You need maintenance only in 5 years or so. There are workers available.
@@_S.D.P_ I don’t think you have a big house in Kerala to experience it. Even for a simple electrical work you have make multiple calls to get him to do the work. And maintenance doesn’t mean 5 years. It keeps happening regularly.
@Strongh1980 I am from kannur and have 2 houses. One we stay is 3000 sq.ft with 6 bedrooms. We never had any issue with maintenance. May be we live in a village so. We did some modifications recently with workers from nearby areas. If you don't do any modifications, then the only maintenance required is painting. Cleaning we do ourselves as all kinds of machines are available in the market.
@@_S.D.P_ Yes if you live in kerala for the majority of the year then no issue.But in my case I live outside and when i get back it is a pain to get hold of these guys for the limited time I stay.
I agree it s not easy but not impossible, during ur limited time at home in kerala, cultivate healthy relationships with local plumbers, electricians, laborers etc nd they will be available when u need them

Insects , birds? I was worried about thieves getting in. My anxiety 📈 Beautiful house though.
They do come sometimes, but is natural. Just need to be careful about snakes.
