I think everyone parents differently. I really feel for the parents who go through this. I did have a more direct approach with my two kids. They were told before we left the house that if I had to discipline them in any store - I would. By the time they were 2 years old, they knew that Mom would not tolerate any nonsense at home or otherwise. Tantrums at home meant you were put in your room where I could no longer hear you. It worked for me. I'm not saying it would work for others. It's all in your tone of voice I think.
Every single time I go in Walmart there is a child screaming crying and pitching a fit. I did get to the point I would not shop Walmart anymore for this very reason. I just couldn’t stand hearing children scream & talk ugly to their parents & their parents allowing it all for the sake of “I’m recording you” with an eventual CZcams post. Kids don’t care that your recording them - most haven’t put the record & post together so that threat Carrie’s very little weight & what u get is what uve got - a kid pitching a fit for all to see without waiting for this im recording u threat & post. We just want to shop scream free - anxiety free - nerves crawling all over our body free- that’s all.

I threw one tantrum once in my life. Got disciplined and grounded, never happened again. I’m now nearly 30 😂
