Kanami (Lead G) at the right is a teacher of Miku (Vo&G) at the left.
This band was made in 2013 and Miku started to play guitar in the same year.
You can enjoy how Miku improves her guitar skill year by year.
"Real existance (Live)", "Freedom (Live)", "Shambles" and so on. You still have a lot of homework for your reaction.

co-written with Michael Einziger founder of Incubus. also the very first time for Miku to write 100% english. Band-Maid recently opened for Incubus in Tokyo and Mike joined the Maids on stage for the world live premiere of the song. I consider Bestie the polar opposite of Hate? great song that just gets better with every listen. June 12 Band Maid welcome The Warning from Mexico for their first visit to Japan and will perform a joint concert before the Warning finish of the tour with a couple more shows on their own
Since this song is 100% in English I'm hoping it gets air play in the U.S. I've been requesting this song to Alt Nation on Sirius XM for weeks.
The Maids costumes were at the dry cleaners for this collab song. Don't worry they'll be back all nice & fresh ready to wear for their next one.🙂
I hope so. I like their dark color "battle gear " but the white is perfect for this song.

There's a real smoker of a song from last year called "Shambles, " which is actually the closing tune for a show on Netflix called Kengen Ashura. No live at the moment, just a music video.
For Shambles, there WAS actually an official LIVE but it was in the NHK World-Japan channel. I just did a search and it is gone! That surprised me. I hope someone uploads a bootleg copy at least. lol

The first came the day after and appeared to be a crew member as several of them were raving about how proud they were to work for them, since every other act on that broadcast caved to doing lip sync that night. I'm guessing both may have gotten a copyright claim from Netflix, not the band, since they showed scenes from Kengen Ashura in the background.
A one-off side project of Maids out of uniform. All English, which is a big accomplishment for Saiki. Personally, I love her vocals in Japanese.
What is exciting about this is the tone Kanami has. She’s finally got that clarity and cut right off the bat. Hoping she keeps it going!

Bestie, in the vein of other great mid-tempo Band-Maid songs like Daydreaming, Anemone, Endless Story, PAGE, Wonderland, Awkward, Start Over, Mirage, At the Drop of a Hat and Smile, was co-written by Michael Einziger of Incubus. MISA's playing and bass tone are setting new standards... and Akane's drumming is so in-the-pocket and distinguishable... and Kanami's solo is Daydreaming masterful! The recording and mix are as enjoyable as the song and beautiful MV! And Miku’s English lyrics are heartfelt. Is Band-Maid a band of fashion-forward, trend-setting Besties? 💞 Thx, Mikey & Band-Maid!

@@polskabob359 How messed up is English that people have an easier time pronouncing "psyche" (with the silent P and the NOT silent E) than they have with a word like "Saiki" - which is phonetically Sa-ee-kee and should be easier to pronounce. LOL.
