If you don’t use corrosive weapons just use Intensify, or you could use growing power and have a free slot for anything you want.
Lemme explain, those aren't any new kind of crits. Blue numbers appear when a shielded target gets hit. It is the game's way of telling the player that "hey, you're now hitting the shields of that enemy." Normally after you deplete the shield of an enemy and start hitting the health bar you can see normal yellow orange or red crits. However, when you hit a number that exceeds the target's shield and health's EHP they get one shotted since corpus or corrupted shields don't have shield gating like the tenno do.And since their shield is the first thing that gets hit by your weapon, you see blue numbers. Same thing applies for overshields, you'll see purple numbers.
So funny goofy Lil thing is that to my knowledge there's 26 crit tiers, so you have the yellow the orange and the reds, but then you can get past the 26th tier, but there isn't a color for that so same thing a ls damage cap happens and it slaps a shield hit color on it, there's a video on it called hitting crit cap or crit limit or something like that that does a better explanation.

those kind of blue numbers don't have to deal with shields or crit, they happen when you greatly exceed the dmg cap. I know this because I occasionally see them with Kulervo in kuva survival where nothing has shields. now I have an intense desire to take melee animosity :(
Either it was a genuine 1 damage red crit, or an even less likely int32 overflow of precisely N*(2^32)+1, which would normally be extremely improbable, but with DE's certified BugFrame(tm) code, I'd probably bet on that.
everything is normal on the first few clips. you just the enemy's shields so the damage is blue. HOWEVER Maybe you should have asked yourself why you were dealing negative 2 billion before asking why it was blue. But yeah the number on your screen is Warframe's damage cap. -2,147... etc. why the game display the damgage cap as a negative number? no idea. why the game is displaying the damage cap as blue even on shieldless enemies? no idea. probably because the game is breaking cause you're not supposed to do that.
