This is such a helpful guide to get started! I have never used mugwort - is there a brand/supplier you trust for this? I see there are lots of places that sell it, but I want to ensure I'm getting what I actually need and that it's good quality. How would you go about choosing where to purchase this item? I am also unable to figure out the crystal you referenced at about 1:53 - would you be able to type it out for me? I understand there are many options for crystals with dreamwork, but this is not one I'm familiar with, and I would love to do some reading and exploring! Thank you for taking the time to put this together!
hi love, I would always recommend growing mugwort yourself, it is REALLY easy to grow and then you will know it is organic & untouched and you can connect to it throughout your journey/ make a garden shrine :) if you can't do this, it is readily available in the wild. Are you in the U.K, Europe or U.S? as i can only recommend U.K suppliers? . . .as for the crystal it is Rhodochrosite (sorry for my lacking pronunciation!! haha) it is a wonderful one for enhancing dreams, as well as helping to confront fears, improving self-worth and relieving any emotional stress :) it is very easily obtained in any crystal shop. @@wolfwomanrising Thank you so much! I'm in the US, and unfortunately I can't grow anything where I currently live. We're renting a duplex with no fencing around the yard, and the entire lot is xeriscaped - rocks instead of soil. Beyond that, I have a black thumb and can't grow anything I've tried. 😊 I'll do some research for a good source available to me in the US. I'll also be shopping for that crystal!
